For your Isle of Man TT you will have:
- Excellent two person, three person, four person or eight person camping tent accommodation, pre-pitched all ready for your arrival.
- Table and chairs
- Long standing established campsite with excellent facilities (Douglas Rugby Club)
- The campsite could not be closer to the action. The race passes the campsite entrance!
- Superb location on Peel Road just 1 mile from Douglas city centre
- Flexible booking with only a three night minimum stay during race week and two nights outside of this period. You choose the dates. We don’t specify set periods that you can stay
- Booking available throughout qualifying, racing and beyond – 23rd May 2025 until last depart 10th June 2025
- Licensed bar on site
- Food catering available all day on site including breakfast and evening meal
- Free WiFi at the clubhouse
- Our friendly staff on site 24 hours ready to help you with anything we can
- Our "Recharge Tent" where you can relax and recharge your mind and body (and your devices). There will be tables and chairs, mirrors, hairdryers, sofa, charging station and a (free) tea/coffee station
- Luxury portable toilets and showers available on our campsite (see the bottom of this page for some photos). Permanent toilets/showers also available in the clubhouse
- Free parking in our car/bike park immediately adjacent to our campsite area. Less than a stone's throw away
- Inflatable single airbeds
- Duvets, sheets, pillows with pillow cases and towels for hire (must be pre-booked)
- In addition to our recharge tent there is access to mains power in the clubhouse and at our reception to charge your devices
Please note that the check in time is from 3pm onwards but you are very welcome to arrive beforehand and leave your vehicle(s) or gear with us if more convenient for you (we cannot accept responsibility for anything we keep for you). The check out time is 10.30am.

2 Person Standard Tent Information
Our pre-erected standard 2 person tent has a sleeping area which will easily accommodate two as it can nominally sleep 4 (at a squeeze) so you will have plenty of room.
The porch area is also large and you can have your table and chairs in there if you wish.
The tent’s porch area is 1.9 metres in height (6 feet 2 inches) so most people can stand up in it.

3 Person Standard Tent

3 Person Standard Tent Information
Brand new for 2024. It is a spacious tent with ample storage room. Its porch area is 2.05 metres high (6 feet 8 inches). A large bedroom divides into two for privacy and is darkened for a better night's sleep. Plenty of ventilation. Its enhanced design prevents water ingress in heavy rain.

4 Person Standard Tent Information
This option is a large tunnel tent with side sleeping areas which are ideal for groups and families who want a great living space and separate sleeping areas. The steel and fibreglass structure ensures that the tent is both spacious and stable.

- Winter (13.5 tog) duvets, sheets, pillows with pillow cases and towels available for hire. Must be pre booked
- 1 camping table and up to 4 chairs
8 Person Standard Tent

Southern 100 Racing
There's actually racing other than on the TT Circuit.
There are also the Southern 100 Races before the TT.
The 2025 dates are 23rd, 24th and 25th May.
Why not stay with us for these races? You will benefit from our cheaper accommodation rates and the ferries/flights are likely to be cheaper and easier to book.
