After every race we ask our customers for feedback on aspects such as how they rated our service overall, the staff, the food and facilities. We also ask them if they have any suggestions as to how we can improve. Here are their overall ratings with any comments they were happy to be made public. Note: MCN made their comment when they wrote about us.
We had a great weekend. Neither of us are campers, preferring hotels truth be known but its not really available for events at Silverstone if you want to stay close to the circuit. However the staff, service and the extras that IntentsGP provide means its not just camping, it was a really enjoyable weekend! We were really lucky with the weather of course, but the staff couldn't do enough for you, they made our stay the enjoyable one that it was! I would recommend IntentsGP to anyone that wants to stay at an event, and would say not to worry about cooking, breakfast was great and the evening meal we had was brilliant, tasty home cooking and good portion size too!!!

he staff were excellent, friendly & accommodating they kept my 12 year old grandson entertained as he thought the bikes were 2 loud & he was missing his x box ?the area was beautiful the lake & walk to the race track was great but a bike hire would go down well?
Sorry this camping lark is not for me I couldn’t sleep I didn’t bring my own bedding my grandson had bedding but I got a sleeping bag that’s my fault I did hear that the breakfast should start at 6 on Sunday for Moto GP Race day but I had to fetch my ticket I did notice that they weren’t very organised at breakfast but they were upperclass men who probably have there mummy to do everything?

Had a wonderful weekend at Silverstone, the campsite was lovely and quite. The beds were lovely and comfortable, toilets and shower block were really close by and were lovely and clean. The bacon sandwich was wonderful. Would definitely use again. Thank you to all at Intents very pleasant people.
We arrived on Saturday for the MotoGP weekend just before 8am and were greeted by Alex. He asked was it too early for our complimentary cold beer? Of course it wasn't!
We had booked a standard tent and it was exactly as expected. The site couldn't have been better placed - just a pleasant 10 minute walk to the circuit. The site facilities were excellent and a marquee with live band was a welcome surprise for Saturday evening. The provision of breakfast was great, as were the charging stations. Phone batteries don't last long when you're taking photos all day!
Would I come back again? 100% yes, so get that beer chilling ready for me and I'll see you next year!

This was my first Grand Prix and have attended numerous camp sites for other social activities. Intentsgp are by a country mile one of the best I have had the pleasure of using.
Very professional operation whilst affording each and every person the time needed to address queries or give advice when needed. What was offered was well in access of the price paid. Admiration, respect, in good hands are only a few of the analogies that could be used to describe my experience with intentsgp. An experience "YES", one i will forget "NO" . The weather was an act of God, everything else was provided by intentsgp. Thank you all so much for the entertaining weekend..
Friendly and very helpful staff.
To be honest it was very expencive to stay in a tent, for the same price I could have stayed in the Hilton at Milton Keynes and got a taxi to Silverstone and back every day and still had change left, it's not really clamping it's renting a very expensive tent
We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us Christian. There are inaccuracies in what you say that should be pointed out. You stayed in our standard two person tent - not our glamping tent. We know from talking to fellow guests for this year's race weekend that a price of circa £50 was being quoted by taxi firms for the shorter journey from Northampton to Silverstone and that was just one way. Given this, I strongly suspect the taxi fares alone would have cost more than our tent and then there's the Hilton hotel price on top. It is also highly likely you would find the volume of traffic to and from the circuit each day to be very high.
Great staff, very friendly and helpful. The Bacon Butties in the morning were superb. Also lots of cereal toast plus nice strong tea bags. Me & my mates second time staying at Whittlebury. The site was in great condition, with freshly mown grass , so tge tent floor wasn't 'wobbly'(apart from the beer effect)The tents are great, pkenty of room for 2, with motorbike gear & boxes in ours. The mattreses were comfy. Only 10 minutes walk to the village and an excellent pub. Also a hotel next to the site that does food and drinks, with a chance to see MotoGP team nembers
I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was great and helpful. I think you should be fitter than me me to walk to the circuit ( I need a walking stick).
Had a fantastic 2 nights, couldn't have asked for anything more! Friendly staff, fab tents and clean toilets! Will definitely be using IntentsGB next year! Thanks guys x

Campers unfortunately using the showers with muddy shoes on rather than leaving outside. But Intents can't stop a few selfish people.
A warm smile and a cold beer on arrival after a long drive, makes you feel welcome. Alex and Anthony are always working alongside the rest of the staff, and they are all helpful and friendly. Proper showers and clean toilets, with hot water ( on a camp-site ? Yes !) Breakfast and evening meals at a decent price (you'll understand the" decent price" when you go to the circuit) The beer is cheaper at the campsite as well. My advice is as follows, get yourself the hot breakfast before you leave for the circuit, prices there are ridiculous, that sets you up for the day. Evening meals are great value, cheap beer and good music make a great end to your day. This year at Moto GP 2021 was the best yet, campsite moved to a flatter field as well. Phone recharge facility too. What more do you need ? Got up on Sunday morning, misty and damp, tent soaked. No hassle packing away a wet tent. This is the future of camping, I love it. See ya next year.

In relation to the other comment I left. All other staff were excellent and very helpful. Couldn't do enough. Great facilities. Shame one person complained so publicly about everything

Just returned from a superb weekend at Silverstone Motogp enhanced by the superb intentsGP glamping package with an excellent location, lovely tent and welcome bottle of prosecco. Everything was as described with friendly knowledgeable staff and an excellent breakfast included - will definitely be staying with them again!

Great location and friendly staff. Will be going again next year.
Not having been to Silverstone before and not wanting to be miles away from the circuit we opted for camping nearby. We opted for IntentsGP glamping (bell-tents) option as it was 15mins walk from the circuit (on Whittlebury Park), and the breakfast option took the strain out of the weekend.
The IntentsGP team were great, very welcoming and looked after us. Would happily recommend and, yes, return!
Tea and coffee available all the time was great, but when we got back from the circuit we preferred to sit outside the tent (chairs and table provided) and test the local wine.
The Intents staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived at the campsite. It really makes a difference having a dedicated, approachable team of staff on site.
Despite the awful weather, nothing was too much trouble for the Team. They truly worked their socks off all weekend, an excellent Team who know the meaning of customer service.
We had a fabulous time - the staff were amazing and the location is great - some issues with fairy lights and beds but resolved quickly by staff. Would book again!
We were suitably impressed from the moment we arrived. To be greeted with a free beer upon arrival was a great start. The team were very friendly and efficient showing us to our site. It was fab to arrive and have all the tent set up ready for you. The facilities were kept clean and tidy, and we wouldn't hesitate to use Intents GP again. Top service that we were very impressed with.
Our first year and we going to come back. Weather was great, location excellent.
I only hope the local pub in Whittlebury remains open next year

A fantastic stay. Excellent accommodation, everything provided you could possibly need. Friendly and helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble. The food options are very good. We have been with intents 5 times and can't wait to make it 6.

I can only congratulate you
I only attend Moto GP, and for me this is the only way to camp. On arrival, free beer, throw sleeping bag on air-bed and go to circuit. A 15 minute walk to Copse. Proper showers, decent toilets, a bar/restuarant a maximum of 15 mins walk away. Brekkie, a bar at the other end of the site, with live music and hot food. None of which is available at Woodlands. Except live music and hot food. Goin home is as easy, pack your gear and leave. Don't have to dismantle a tent or deflate an air-bed. My second time this year, will go back next year. 9 and a half out of 10 for Alex and Anthony. (Instant coffee)
Comfortable and stress free, but it is still camping !
No wi-fi, no TV reception in marquee, and no catering for vegetarians.
Staff were excellent, very helpful, and tent was set up and ready for us as described.

Even with the rubbish weather we had the site was maintained and managed so it didn’t turn into a quagmire.
The site is perfectly positioned for a 25min walk into the circuit.
All in all an excellent experience which I would gladly repeat and recommend

Not bad for a last minute booking
The venue is lovely, the walk to Silverstone is fine but a little hilly (great for us but we saw a few people struggling, they do have a trailer giving lifts throughout the day though so well catered for if needed). The tents were nice and well spaced and there was parking right next to the tent. You could come and go if you wanted to but we stayed between the site and Silverstone. We did not make use of the BBQs or WiFi but did have breakfast. The urn was hot and there was a lot of tea/coffee available. The milk was long life but fine. There was juice and all the staple cereals you can think of (like weetabix, cocopops, cornflakes etc) and there was a toaster (the one you pop the toast in the top and it spits it out the bottom) and a choice of things to put on it such as nutella, marmite and jam. You could buy bacon butties for £3 which were nice and had 3 rashers in which we took advantage of the second morning
Not bad for a short notice booking, the facilities were not great, there was no extraction in the ladies toilets/shower room and it was like a sweat box in there. Our air bed went down twice overnight. The security team let us take it down to them to re-inflate it which was nice but not great in the first place, my other half was getting ready to drive home at 0100 in the morning because of it. It was replaced for the second night though and stayed up for that night.
The whole experience for us was excellent, we were greeted and made very welcome. Tent was great and when the air bed needed inflation g this was sorted immediately. The service, food and entertainment was good delivered by at tentative staff. A thoroughly enjoyable weekend.
We thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and facilities at the camp. The organisers were friendly, helpful and worked hard to ensure all guests had an amazing time. The food was lovely, reasonably priced and generous portions. The site was conveniently situated for the circuit in a peaceful location which was easy to find with the directions provided. Hot showers, clean toilets, great music in the bar area - a fantastic experience. Thank you.
A great stay yet again with intents. Very roomy and comfortable glamping in a beautiful relaxing environment. Excellent location and good food all included. The staff will do whatever it takes to make your stay go smoothly. Going with them to the TT in 23 and Moto GP as well, just as soon as we can book
As always the guys were excellent. Happy to help with any questions and the odd deflating air bed. We’ve used Intents 4 times now and would happily use them again.

Great from start to finish. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was more than adequate. The evening meal we had was delicious wish we’d eaten there on the first night as well. Nothing was to much trouble for anyone. Will def reccommend and use u again. Although the racing was cancelled we still had a fab weekend . Thank u. Lee & Sarah woodcock

Staff were fantastic in what we can only describe as grim conditions, however more thought needs to go into bad weather planning in the future.

The staff are more than happy to meet any needs you may have and will bend over backwards to ensure you have a pleasant stay.

Great staff, good location and easy to get to.
Great service no issues at all. Apart from the weather!!!!!!! it was exactly as we expected. Good size tent good amenities on site, breakfast was there if you wanted it as was an evening meal. Good to be able to charge your phone or camera daily. All in all good way to stay close to the track for the weekend.

I am sorry Jonathan you did not enjoy your stay with us. There were more than sufficient toilets for our guests. Because you are not specific about the showers, it is difficult to comment further. We do have a complete quiet noise policy from midnight. The generator was started at 7am to provide cooked breakfasts. Sorry about the butter – the caterers did run out one morning but there was spread available. We received a lot of positive comments about the food but we know we will never please everyone.

We had a great stay with you for Silverstone MotoGP. The Glamping Tents were spacious and the staff were friendly and happy to help. Antony in particular was very cheerful and happily spent time chatting to us and our young lad. Thanks guys, we’ll definitely comeback.

I had a great stay at the intentsGP campsite. It's in a perfect location for accessing Silverstone by foot, meaning you can leave the car behind and enjoy the day. Campsite facilities are good and the tent was clean and comfortable.
The camp site had a lovely vibe about it. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely couldn’t fault it. We had food on the Friday night and again we couldn’t fault it. The site is very clean with excellent showering and toilet facilities
Staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. A lovely touch was the welcome beer which we drank as we walked to the track and the bottle of prosecco which we drank in the bar.
Enjoyed the free breakfast too.

We stayed from Thursday afternoon to Monday morning for Silverstone Moto GP. I stayed with my 8 year old son and from the moment we arrived we were impressed with the relaxed atmosphere and standard of the campsite. The staff were all approachable and friendly.....all in all it was everything we wanted and hoped for. We will definitely book for next year. Thanks guys.

A good weekend stay for the event
Friendly staff. Everything was kept very clean. Ample facilities for the weekend. Close to the circuit, within a short walk.
We arrived alot earlier than anticipated, but we were still made very welcome. The campsite exceeded our expectations. Tent and facilities were all nicely clean and comfortable. We hope to return next year.
First ever camping trip to a MotoGP and thanks to IntentsGP it was a fantastic experience.

Tents in a great location for the MotoGP. 15 min walk to Copse corner at the circuit. Marquee/pub had good atmosphere with everyone there for the same thing. Staff were really friendly too.
For a tent and 2 air beds it was a little pricey but the location tipped the balance for me. It said ‘breakfast included’ but the marquee was ran by an independent caterer so didn’t include the cooked one.
Thanks for your comments Jonathan. Just to clarify a buffet breakfast of toast, cereals, tea/coffee and juices was included in the price (which was indicated on the booking page). It was only the cooked breakfasts that were extra.
We have enjoyed the weekend and our stay at IntentsGP. Staff is amazing, very kind and available at all times. Tent was ready even before checking time. Toilets and showers well looked after. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic weekend from start to finish. Along with an incredible weekend of racing the experience with IntentsGP was the icing on the cake.
From the point of arrival to the time we left the service, facilities and team were second to none.

Getting there was a doddle, courtesy of the 'back routes' map provided by intentsgp.
The guys on the campsite were tremendously helpful, nothing was a problem and despite the fact they seemed to always be working they were constantly happy and on hand to help.
The tent was ideal for two of us, with enough room to stand up, sleep and a little porch area with chairs and tables too! Not to mention the site was nearest to the 'posh' shower/toilet block and a short wander to the beer tent!!
All in all this was a fantastic way to visit the motogp and would definitely do it again 🙂 thanks guys n girls!

Thanks for your comments Paul. We will ask the campsite to check the showers. It is difficult to keep the shower area mud free when the ground is wet with so many guests entering and exiting.

It was a fair walk from the track with uneven surfaces.
The breakfast should all be included for £200 a night for 2 people in a tent. Disappointed as the website gives the impression it’s all in.
Our website does say Joel that the buffet breakfast of toast, cereals, tea/coffee and juices is included in the price. It specifically says that the cooked food has an additional charge (unless you are glamping)
Everything was easy, from the moment we arrived. Greeted with a beer from friendly happy staff. Facilities were good and clean. They just made everything easy and had thought about everything you would need.

This was our first stay and our first live Moto GP - what can I say apart from it was just brilliant and we will definitely be booking again. From the moment we arrived and got offered a beer everything was superb. The staff were fantastic and were always there to help during the stay, which coupled with the email advice prior to the event, meant that everything went smoothly and we couldn't have asked for more. Well done and a massive thank you to everyone.

Met by some really friendly and helpful staff. Beer was a nice touch. The tent was clean and tidy beds inflated. On site facilities generally good with food and bar. Really handy that parking was next to the tent and could leave it there until end of event.

This was our first time camping and everything was ready for us as soon as we arrived, pity the weather was a typical summer weekend.
The staff were very organised and the food very tasty and plenty of it.

All Intents staff were first class and the facilities we really good, even for me who normally turns their nose up at camping. Can't reiterate how pleasant all the guys and girls were from getting tea and toast in the morning, to towing us out of the mud. Everything in between, very friendly family atmosphere. from the moment we arrived the staff were there for us. showed to our tent by a member of staff. requested to be near a toilet which was catered for. catering was excellent. nothing was too much bother for camp crew cant praise these people enough right through to cleaning staff for a camp site toilets were spotless and constantly cleaned. thanks all for giving us a fantastic weekend. hope to be back next year
Our 4 day stay at the British motorcycle GP was all the better for staying with InTents GP the tent was all set up for us and the staff were all friendly and courteous and so easy to walk to Silverstone from the location. The showers spotless and the breakfast included set you up for the day we had nothing to fault everything about our stay was excellent and I would recommend InTents GP to anyone who wants a trouble free stay we would certainly use them again .
My daughter and myself had an amazing time. Tent was Glamoing tent was nice and spacious, beds comfortable. Breakfast was nice and the freshly cooked bacon sandwiches went down a treat.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Arrived knowing no one and left feeling part of the family. Will definitely be using yourself again

All staff very friendly and professional. We had lovely cold breakfast in the mornings. Enough for everyone. Lots of tea, coffee and juice. Evening meals were very tasty and once again more than enough for everyone. The campsite was always spotless. My overall experience for the weekend was great and will definitely recommend intentgp to everyone. I mustn't forget the most friendliest staff member of the whole Intentgp group, Sammy the dog....Thanks to you all to make MotoGP 24 a very special memorable weekend.

This is the second year which we have stayed with Intents GP and in a nutshell " it continues to get better". The customer service is excellent from the moment we arrived to when we left. The staff are friendly and always on hand if you have an issue, nothing is too much trouble. The tents are comfortable with good outdoor space, the breakfasts are good and the evening meals are excellent. See you next year.

Breakfast was very disorganised especially on the Saturday, improved on Sunday. Shower block was ok if very early but pain keep pushing button for water every 30 seconds
It took all the hard work out of erecting your own tent, which is not easy for me. Get there unpack and your off to your first meal what can be better than that, close to the circuit, all was brilliant

It was out first camping experience as adults (so in 30+ years). Anthony and the team are super helpful and overall it was a great experience - friendly, efficient, exactly what we expected. We came well prepared, however the sleeping facilities (air mattress straight on the ground) meant the nights were colder than it should have been. But overall we are very satisfied, and will book with them again. Thank you!!

We ended up leaving a night early as the issue with the beds going flat after 2 hours hadnt been resolved, not great when your 7 year old ends up on the floor shortly after going to bed, we also didnt receive the welcome cooler bags, complimentary champagne like other guests, in all for 1300+ pounds the experience was not what we had expected and will be reviewing as such on social media/tip adviser etc
I am very sorry about your bed Geoffrey. With over 350 beds on site there is always the chance of a problem. All I will say is that as soon as we are notified of the problem, we will remedy it. I do not understand why your problem was not rapidly rectified. I think you were one of the first to arrive and the Prosecco and cooler bag must have been omitted by accident. All you had to do was mention it to a member of staff and we would have promptly delivered it to you.
Amazing weekend. The booking process was painless and we received so much information from intents. Nothing was too much trouble for you guys. We were greeted after a longish journey with a cold beer and drinks for our children and our tent was ready for us. We haven't camped before so we weren't sure what to expect but it was great and our two young boys thought it was amazing. we look forward to booking with you guys again.

I would like to say a huge and massive thank you to every one for making the weekend really special. It was my fiance 30th birthday and from the moment intents team found out they were helpful with birthday banners to a bottle of fizzy. I couldn't fault any thing or any one as every thing was totally fab and made you feel welcome from the moment of arriving, like staying with family. The only one thing was that as the weekend was sooooooo good we now have the bug and wanna come again! Lol again thank you for a weekend that will be up there with the best of memory's 🙂
Great location but very pricey
The location is great and only 10-15 mins from Silverstone. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast and drink facilities were perfect, great to be able to access drinks all day long. The bathrooms were good and plenty of loos so you never had to queue.
It is very expensive for camping, £700+ for 3 nights. Can’t really call it glamping as the only difference from normal camping is a canvas tent, an air bed, a quilt and pillows. I think I was expecting more for the price.

Even on a cold wet weekend the welcome was very warm. The facilities were great and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The evening meal was fabulous too. Thanks for making what could have been a disappointing weekend great.

I am very sorry Emma you did not enjoy your stay with us. My apologies regarding your bed. With around 350 beds on site there will be the occasional problem but our staff will remedy the issue as soon as they are notified. I am perplexed by your comment that the tent was the total opposite of what is advertised. We absolutely do not advertise a product that is the opposite of what is provided. Also, Booking.com have strict standards and would not permit us to do so. I note those are your possessions on top of the towels on the bed and the table and chairs would have been outside your tent.

very friendly helpful staff... had a few issues over w/e but hearts were in the right place and made best of what they had to keep us all entertained . charged and fed. watered... a bit better organisation they would hit the nail on the head with location / set up..
catering...a bit hap hazzard.. although cooked food plenty of it... power issues on site prevented a smooth 1st morning;s breakfast.. but guys and girls pulled it together and sorted all fairly rapid...
We thoroughly enjoyed the convenience and comfort of staying in the Intents glamping tent. The staff were friendly and patient.

We stayed with IntentsGP for the three days of the MotoGP meeting at Silverstone 2021. Camping is camping, but what set the experience apart was the unfailingly polite and helpful IntentsGP staff, and the supporting infrastructure. Nothing was too much trouble, the staff anticipated issues and were very alert and responsive. From the moment we arrived and were handed a cold beer, to the moment we left, the staff were really cheerful and seemed genuinely concerned that we should enjoy the experience. Campsites are often characterised by a list of 'Can't dos'. The opposite was true of the IntentsGP set up, with everyone clearly open to the 'Can dos'. The marquis, bar and canteen were great, with items regularly cleaned, refreshed and replenished, and the 'Recharge' area was a real bonus. The food cooked onsite was cheap and cheerful, filling and nutritious, and most importantly HOT! (unlike the forecast weather).
Couldn't wait to get home
Location was good showers were dirty toilets good. Electric in shower rooms were good.
I paid over £700 to go glamping blow up bed was rubbish kept going down & rolling off. I've been glamping before you got your own set of toilets & showers as you were paying a couple of hundred pounds more to camping . I feel we were very ripped off.
We try very hard to clearly show what is included with a glamping booking and we do not say that guests have their own toilets and showers. I am sorry that it didn’t live up to your expectations. The site was only a 15 min walk from the track.
The only slight down fall was the state that the showers were in. The grass in the fields had been freshly cut and the showers were absolutely covered so felt a bit dirty. There were always cleaning staff around though I think it was just a job to keep on top of it.
Wouldn't put me of staying again.
Hi guys, just want to say thanks again for the great weekend (yes despite the weather) we had a great time, and traveling from Canada this made the perfect choice as we just had to show up pull up a chair crack a cold beer and relax. Even if I lived there I would still use you, who wants to lug around all that gear, especially if you are on a bike! Hope to see you next year, Cheers.
Nina, Phil & the team couldn't have done more to make our stay any more comfortable or entertaining at Silverstone MotoGP. I anticipate we'll book again for MotoGP 2014.
From my point of you, the toilette should be really improved. Even if the cleaning is twice a day, it was really dirty at any time and I could not stay there for more than 5 minutes.
Another thing to improve is that no supermarket is there just in case something to buy is necessary. Do you think that people can bring everything by themselves?
Last but not least, please arrange a shuttle or a taxi service from the camping to the train station for who does not have the car...as some of you said "the camping is the middle of nowhere".
Great place very close to the circuit and great people of the staff, but overall I could not stay there for more than one day for the reasons explained above. It is not enough for the price that you are asking for.
We are very sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. We will be meeting with Whittlebury Campsite in the Autumn and will bring up the toilets issue as it is their responsibility. Re the supermarket, if you mean food, our guest email did mention that basic provisions were available in the Paddocks bar and there were a number of food outlets on site ranging from fast food through to restaurants. We also supplied breakfast and evening meals.
The intentsgp team went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We were able to park up by our tent on the Thursday and was instantly offered a welcome beer by Anthony. Made us feel totally at ease as this was the first time we had used a company like this. My other half had brought his bike and again Anthony went out of his way to make sure that the bike was secure with its cover offering us extra weight to keep the cover down on the bike due to the high winds we were experiencing. The toilets and shower area were clean and were always stocked with loo roll. We used the communal bbq which was fantastic. Breakfast was a total bonus....toast, cereal, juice and tea/coffee with the option of a bacon sandwich which was yummy! The whole experience for us was comfortable, easy and enjoyable. The staff even went out of their way to inform us of the time changes for the Sunday races. Thank you intentsgp team!

Firstly, not my idea of glamping, no light provided, only a tea light candle which is ridiculous and a fire hazard in a tent. Inflatable beds are not glamping, it’s camping, the only plus is that we didn’t have to put up or dismantle our own tent.
My bed in particular went down the first night and from that I’m suffering a painful back. The social tent was ok, full of wasps, bins need emptying more regularly. Also, the cups provided were very difficult to prize apart. I would not book with intents again, As for staff - I never saw them, no one checked to see if all was ok!
Thank you for your feedback and I can assure you that the tealight candles in the metal holders provided are perfectly safe and the ideal solution in a tent, when electricity is not an option and saves the use of single use batteries. The Inflatable beds as as per the images and descriptions on the booking website and have not been changed since the time your reservation was made. I can confirm that the Higher Rise airbeds used in all our Glamping Tents, are a more premium solution. In regards to the paper cups used at the "Free Tea & Coffee Station", all I can do is apologise that you struggled to separate them and we will endeavour to do our best to make sure that this is easier for guests going forward. I'm sure that the staff would have been happy to assist you with any of these issues during your stay and if you had mentioned any of the above points while onsite, actions would have been taken. After you had been shown to your tent and given all of the details you needed by a member of the IntentsGP team, they could have been located in Reception (open from 07:00 to 23:00 hours daily) or around the site for the full duration of the weekend.
Since I hadn't been to a gp since 2007 and it was my fiancé's 1st time we wanted something stress free and easy. When looking over our camping options we came across the intentsgp website and booked almost straight away. The staff our friendly, professional but also know how to have a laugh and a good time. We had a couple of problems over the weekend (rowdy neighbours and a deflating airbed) but they were dealt with swiftly and efficiently. We will definatley be using intentsgp again next season. Hopefully more than just once.

I am sorry MJ you did not enjoy your stay. The unlimited buffet breakfast consisted of toast, cereals, fruit juice, tea and coffee and this breakfast was included in the price you paid. We did use outside caterers who provided bacon sandwiches in the morning as well as evening meals for an additional fee. Unlimited tea and coffee were available all day for no extra charge.

As my first time in a tent I was rather apprehensive about the whole experience however I was immediately but at ease by the warm welcome we received from Anthony and the team - the cold beer that we were given at check-in obviously helped ;0)
The fact that you get up on a morning and can immediately have a cup of tea and a bacon sarnie or cereal or toast made the whole camping experience more enjoyable.
The evening meals that can be purchased are great, good value and really good tasty hot meals.
All of the staff were really friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble.
I will definitely be using Intents again - such a simple but fantastic idea which meant I enjoyed all of the fun parts of camping with none of the hassle of putting up or taking down the tent.

The tent leaked on the friday night as it rained it was sorted but not a great start to the weekend.. They did'nt supply enough info about what was needed to bring i.e. toilet roll bedding... luckily enough i did put a quilt in the car.. pillows were provided but i didn't use these as they were not very clean.. I thought the price a bit steep for just a small two man tent that i couldnt even stand in and although breakfast was included i.e. cereal or toast you had to pay for a bacon or sausage sandwich.. I did inform the staff before arrival that i was disabled and needed to be close to the amenities, but i wasn't placed near them.. I know this is camping but i thought in this day and age it would be a bit more comfortable.... This is a great idea for the younger generation but not for me at my age with severe arthiritis ... Would recommend to my grandchildren and their friends..
We are very sorry Jacqui that you did not enjoy your stay with us. We can find no record of you informing us of your disability which is unfortunate as we regularly make special provision for guests who need extra assistance. Our emails to guests do emphasise the need for bedding and mention bringing an additional toilet roll but clearly they have not reached you. We will look at our communication systems to see if we can make any improvements.

I would just like to say I had an exceptional time campingwith IntentsGP. I attended the BritishMotoGP at Silverstone, 28-30 August 2015.
I contacted IntentsGP first thing in the morning I was dueto arrive at Silverstone. My hotelbooking had fallen through so considered camping as a last minute option. It was also my very first time camping. All Ican say from the start of the weekend to the finish the level of kindest, care,customer service, was awesome. Nothing was too difficult for the team even whenI lost my phone at the race circuit (it was found thank goodness!). Everyone was so accommodating andinteresting, it made for a memorable,fun, enjoyable weekend at my firstMotoGP and made even better by Valentino Rossi's Win!
I would like to say an extra special THANKYOU! to Alex, whowas the first person I spoke to on the phone and throughout my stay and also toAnthony and the rest of the IntentsGP team who were there that weekend. It was a great campsite with a fantasticatmosphere and met some really good people who I can call my friends.

Hoping that you lived up to all the comments posted about you. We wondered if they were all impartial.
But after camping with you at 2016 moto gp we found all the positivity was true and you really do provide a full weekend of great memories. That's why we've booked again to come back for both the moto go and the f1. We really can't wait, you guys make the weekend just as much fun away from the track as humanly possible. Plus the food is fantastic for camping, the morning bacon butties get the day off to a great start.
You all are very professional in everything you do, whilst keeping it fun and with the personal touch.

What an amazing 4 days ! The glamping was superb , the tents were immaculate as was the bedding, the beds, all the little touches like the fairy lights and the tables and chairs....not forgetting our beers on arrival, prosecco and our morning bacon sarnie ! Anthony you made us so welcome from the minute we arrived ......Alex you guys made everything so easy right down to the smiley face camp sign incase we got lost ! A great experience from start to end. The tent was exactly as described. All staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. The breakfast bacon sandwiches were excellent and the guys preparing the food each morning were really great guys. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be coming back. Thank you.
Location to the track was excellent
Didn't get the daily ice pack, so it was a good job we didn't pack any meat. There was one gas BBQ that only worked after fiddling with it. The Paddocks' beer and wine was so awful we both the our drinks aways, and at £4.50 a pint, and £4 for a couple of mouthfuls of wine, it wasn't funny. Needless to say we found a pub in walking distance, so we ate and drank there.
Thank you so much for your kind hospitality. Everyone was super friendly and always happy to help. The site was very clean and the facilities were really good. The availability of charging points was very useful and it was nice to have a place to go to to meet people, have a drink and something to eat.
Would recommend anyone to camp with you guys!

Antony, Alex and the team made us welcome from the moment we arrived. Always friendly, always smiling. The food was good value and very tasty. The toilet facilities were constantly being cleaned and were fine throughout the weekend. The campsite was well set out and the tent was spacious. I've now used Intents at the Isle of Man and Silverstone and have been very satisfied with everything both times. We've already booked for Spa for next year. Thank you to everyone at Intents for a top weekend.
We totally enjoyed our stay - right from the welcome beer to the checkout, all the staff were fantastic, easy going and helpful. This in combination with the short walk to the circuit and the beer tent nearby meant we had a fantastic weekend! You guys even managed to arrange brilliant weather 🙂

Myself and my husband plus best friends came from Donegal Ireland on Saturday for weekend. From the first minute we landed the service was brilliant... thanks to all especially to Anthony who made this trip for a novice who I tormented !!! We had a fantastic stay at Intentsgp. Perfect location for Silverstone, genuinely friendly and helpful staff. Little touches like a welcoming beer, bottle of Prosecco for the tent, shuttle to and from the circuit. Live bands and entertainment at night. Great vibe all around the camp. We'll definitely be returning next year!
