If you have placed a booking with us for an event which is subsequently cancelled because of Covid-19, your booking will be moved to the following year.
If you prefer, you can switch your booking to an alternative event (at which we provide our accommodation service).
Alternatively, we can issue you with a credit for the amount you have paid which you can use at any of our events in the following two years.
