How To Stop intentsGP Emails Going To Spam

 

Here's how to ensure that emails from us (and indeed anyone else you choose) do not end up in your spam/junk/delete folder.

We send booking confirmations, arrival information and other important updates by email.

Occasionally, an email provider may place one of our messages in your Spam, Junk or Promotions folder.

Following the steps below will reduce the likelihood of this happening.

Genuine intentsGP emails may be sent from:

camp@intentsgp.com

Before adding an address to your contacts or safe senders list, check that the complete email address exactly matches one shown above.

Start here

Whichever email service you use:

  1. Search your mailbox for intentsGP.
  2. Check your Spam or Junk folder.
  3. If you find a genuine intentsGP email there, select Not spam, Not junk or Move to Inbox.
  4. Add the sender’s email address to your contacts or safe senders list.

These options may be worded slightly differently depending on your device and email app.

Gmail

If our email is in Spam

  1. Open Gmail and select More from the menu.
  2. Open the Spam folder.
  3. Select the intentsGP email.
  4. Choose Not spam.

Add us to your Google Contacts

  1. Open an email from intentsGP.
  2. Hover over or tap the sender’s name.
  3. Select Add to Contacts.

Move our emails from Promotions to Primary

If an email appears under the Promotions tab:

  1. Drag the email from Promotions to Primary.
  2. If Gmail asks whether it should do this for future messages, select Yes.

Outlook, Hotmail and Live

Hotmail and Live email addresses are now managed through Outlook.

Outlook.com and the new Outlook

  1. Select Settings.
  2. Go to Mail and then Junk email.
  3. Find Safe senders and domains.
  4. Select Add safe sender.
  5. Enter the relevant intentsGP email address and save your changes.

If an intentsGP email is already in your Junk folder, select it and choose Not junk.

Classic Outlook for Windows

  1. Select an email from intentsGP.
  2. From the Home tab, select Junk or Block.
  3. Choose Never Block Sender.

Apple Mail and iCloud Mail

iPhone or iPad

If the email is in your Junk folder:

  1. Open the email.
  2. Tap the Move or folder button.
  3. Move the message to your Inbox.

To add us to your contacts:

  1. Open an intentsGP email.
  2. Tap the sender’s name at the top of the message.
  3. Select Create New Contact or Add to Existing Contact.
  4. Save the contact.

Mail on a Mac

  1. Open the Junk folder.
  2. Select the intentsGP email.
  3. Choose Not Junk or Move to Inbox.
  4. Click the sender’s name and select Add to Contacts.

Yahoo Mail

If an email from us is in Spam:

  1. Open the Spam folder.
  2. Select the intentsGP email.
  3. Choose Not spam.

You can also open the email, select the sender’s name and add the address to your Yahoo contacts.

Thunderbird

  1. Open the folder containing the intentsGP email.
  2. Select the message.
  3. Choose Mark as Not Junk.

You can also press Shift + J after selecting the message. Adding the sender to your address book may provide additional protection.

Other email services

Look for an option such as:

  • Not spam
  • Not junk
  • Move to Inbox
  • Add to contacts
  • Add to safe senders

If you use a work, university or other organisation-managed email address, its security settings may override your personal preferences.

You may need to ask the organisation’s IT administrator to allow emails from intentsGP.

Still unable to find our email?

Search your entire mailbox for intentsGP, including your Spam, Junk, Deleted and Promotions folders.

If you still cannot find the message, please complete our contact form.
