Your bell tent will be unfurnished so you can bring your own sleeping gear (air mattress, sleeping bags, bedding), lighting, and personal comfort accessories.

You can hire airbeds from us (singles £20 and doubles £30).

You will still have access to all our facilities:

  • Free parking for your car next to your tent (subject to the state of the ground)*
  • Access to Whittlebury golf club's excellent showers and toilets**
  • Access to hairdryers and sockets (both male and female) in the golf club**
  • Free charging lockers in our recharge tent for your devices (USB A and UK 13 amp plug socket)
  • For an additional charge, our Cooked Breakfast and Fresh Continental Breakfast packages will offer a range of delicious choices to fuel your day. More information to follow
  • Free tea and coffee available all day
  • A range of evening meals for an additional charge
  • Marquee with tables, seating, music and fun times

* There will be an additional parking charge (£75 per vehicle) if you bring more than one vehicle. If you have a long wheel base vehicle or a maximum gross weight of 3t+, it will have to be parked in our overflow car park rather than next to your tent.

Very impressive set up! Facilities were fantastic and the toilets/showers were kept very clean and well stocked with loo roll etc. The accommodation was comfortable and the site located relatively close to the track. There's always someone on hand to speak to if you need anything and the team are attentive, lovely people. Thank you for everything... Your efforts do not go unnoticed!

Our first time to the British Grand Prix and Intents - the whole weekend was absolutely fantastic. Despite the really hot set up conditions in the lead up, everything was really well thought out, facilities were always clean and staff were all so friendly. The food was excellent quality, and the cosy cabin was just that, lovely and cosy with nice warm (...)

We do not charge per person but we now offer the facility of adding a fifth person to this tent to give you more flexibility.

We define "children" as being under the age of 16. If the fifth person in the tent is a child under the age of 16 (at the time of the event), contact us for a special price.

Don't forget to select the correct number of occupants for your tent.
