• Will you be set up at the circuit or off site?

  • At the majority of circuits we will be using the circuit based campsites. There will be a few exceptions whereby the circuit cannot provide suitable facilities. If in doubt, phone or email us and we will explain the location of the campsite at your preferred track.

• Will you be covering any other motor sport events?

  • Yes. In 2010 we will be covering 4 motor sport championships which we hope to grow next year. Our hope is to cover nearly every European MotoGP, WSB & BSB race in the 2011 calendar together with the Le Mans 24 hour, North West 200 and Isle of Man TT. If there is demand we will also look to cover all European Formula 1, WTC, BTC MotoCross, and BMX and WRC in 2011.
    

• Which nights does my rental include?

  • We will be at every circuit on Raceday, Qualifying, Practice and Pre-Practice night however your standard rental only includes the night of the practice and qualifying (normally Friday and Saturday night). You have the option to purchase camping for the night before practice (normally Thursday) at all events and race-day night camping (normally Sunday) at all Continental Europe events. Each of these nights are charged as an additional 15% of the total cost (excluding purchased goods i.e. sleeping bags, BBQs). Please be aware that these weekdays do change with races that occur on Saturdays and Sundays.

• Are tent prices dependant on the number of campers?

  • No. The price of each tent is fixed irrespective of how full it is. The "per person" prices quoted are based on a each tent being at full occupancy.

• How do I find you at the circuit?

  • We'll let you know the full details when you book up as this will depend on each circuit. You will be given a contact telephone number for one of the intentsGP team, who will be at the circuit long before you get there. If you get into any difficulties, you will be able to call this person for help or clarification on location details.

• Do I pay for my own camping ticket?

  • Yes, the only things included in our costs are the hire of the equipment. If you arrive without a camping ticket you will need to purchase one from the organisers. If there are no tickets on sale you will not be able to camp with us, nor will you be issued with a refund.

• Is the cost of circuit entrance included?

• What happens if the tent gets damaged?

  • Just like when you hire a car, when you place your booking, we will take a refundable £100 deposit. Assuming the tent and all other rented equipment is left in pretty much the same condition as when you arrived, the £100 will be transferred back into your account a few days after the event. • Does the price change depending on when I book?

  • Yes. To encourage everyone to book up early so we can better arrange our logistical requirements, we increase the price of your tent (excluding the cost of BBQs, sleeping bags and deposit) and then multiply it by 1.03 every month. Thus if you were reading this in February and your tent was £200, if you left booking the tent until May, the price would rise to £218.55. • Do you take payment other then via PayPal?
